Empire Air Services is proudly owned by Mike, a U.S. Army veteran who built the company on the values of integrity, hard work, and exceptional customer service. Our day-to-day operations are managed by Jay, whose more than 30 years of HVAC experience ensure every customer receives knowledgeable recommendations and quality workmanship.
Our experienced team also includes Travis, an HVAC technician with over 20 years of industry experience, bringing expert service and attention to detail on every job. Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes is Julie, our dedicated Customer Care Specialist, who has been providing outstanding customer support for more than six years. Rounding out the team is Shelley, our Marketing Director, who has been married to Jay for over 30 years and is passionate about connecting with the community while helping customers learn about the services and solutions Empire Air Services provides.
